Sometimes you just need a coordinating color to go in a project. Whether for stripes, accents (pom poms, anyone?), or even on their own, a good semi-solid can help you customize and personalize your knit.

"Experiment 113" is a kettle-dyed semi-solid yarn made with a red violet color. It's not quite purple enough to be a grape, but it's not red enough to be a wine color. It has a nice autumnal feel to it and would play nicely with golds, oranges, browns, and other similar colors. Every skein is unique. Skeins can vary quite a bit within a dye lot, and colors within the same skein will vary in intensity during the course of a project.

Chubby Bunny is great for quick accessories or even sweater projects! It is luscious and plump; it stitches up beautifully.

While this yarn is superwash treated, I recommend hand washing in cool to warm water and air drying for best results and increased project life. Please be aware that due to the nature of the dyeing process, your first wash of this yarn may result in some excess dye coming off in the rinse water. I do a final rinse with a little SOAK to help take care of any excess dye, but some colors are more persistent than others. I use professional acid dyes for permanent color and dye in a dog-friendly, smoke-free home. Please be aware in case you have allergies.

I do my best to take accurate and true pictures of my yarn with natural lighting. However, monitor settings all vary, and colors may appear slightly different. Please be sure to read the color description and message me if you have any questions or need further help.
